Company accounts & subusers
Need separate logins for colleagues? Register as a company admin, then create subuser accounts with their own username and password. Subusers sign in like anyone else; you manage who exists from Manage Subusers in the app. The step-by-step guide is in Teams & company accounts just below on this page.
Teams & company accounts
Shorty supports a simple org model: one company admin and optional subusers they create - ideal when several people shorten links but you want clearly separated logins.
Register as company admin
On registration, tick Register as a company admin. Personal accounts stay the default when the box is unchecked.
Add subusers
After sign-in, open Manage Subusers in the app toolbar. Create each teammate with their own username and password, or remove access when they leave.
Subusers sign in normally
Subusers use the same login page as everyone else. Their account is linked to your company admin account for administration only - billing stays with the admin plan you subscribe to.
